Delivery & Returns

Our products are sent by Standard UK delivery (£5.00).

Due to coronavirus causing delays in shipping, you can expect to receive your order within 3 - 5 days.

If for any reason you are unhappy with items you have purchased (as advised in our Terms & Conditions policy) you can return them requesting a full refund up to 28 days from the day on which the item was delivered to you.

Items returned should be unworn, free from damage and contain all original tags and packaging. Once we are in receipt of your returned item, we will process a full refund within 14 days. We will refund you by the method of payment you used to purchase the items. If you paid by debit/credit card please be aware this can take up to 7 working days to appear in your account. We do not accept returns outside of this period.

Returning your items is very straight forward.  Simply email us at info@chesterbarrie.co.uk with your return details and we'll be in touch.

European orders are liable for the cost of own returns.
